In many territories, phase 1 of the de-escalation begins today, and filming is permitted again. Barcelona remains in phase 0, no filming permitted yet. In the following link, you will find Orden SND/399/2020, de 9 de mayo, para la flexibilización de determinadas restricciones de ámbito nacional, establecidas tras la declaración del estado de alarma en aplicación de la fase 1 del Plan para la transición hacia una nueva normalidad (Order SND / 399/2020, of May 9th, for the relaxation of certain national restrictions, established after the declaration of the state of alarm in the application of phase 1 of the Plan for the transition to new normality) that appeared in the BOE on May 9th. This order establishes the conditions in which the production and shooting of audiovisual works must be developed (Chapter X, articles 29 to 32) in the territorial units that appear in the annex of the same order. In the case of Catalonia, they are the regions of Camp de Tarragona, Alt Pirineu and Arán, and Terres de l'Ebre.
