Pals is located in the middle of the Empordà, it is made up of three districts: Pals, Masos de Pals and Platja de Pals. The town offers a wide range of landscapes: it is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved Gothic enclosures in the Empordà, with cobbled streets and alleys and unique buildings such as Ca la Pruna, the Church of Saint Peter or the Homage Tower; has a large agricultural plain where lucerne, sunflowers, rapeseeds, wheat and oats take turns in our landscape with the ever-changing rice fields: spring mirrors with the fields fooded, bright green in summer, golden autumns and brown at rest winter. They are included in the Natural Parc of Montgrí Mountains, the Medes Islands and the Baix Ter and extend to the beach. More than three kilometers of wide and sandy beach, with dune systems, wetlands and reed beds of great ecological and landscape value. The beauty of its landscape and the richness of its historical and patrimonial legacy make Pals an ideal setting for photography and filming.
