10/30/2020

The DECREE 127/2020, of October 25, has been published. It's a document about the adoption of measures in Catalonia during the declaration of the state of alarm. And because of the face of the health emergency caused by COVID-19.

Following the provisions of this decree, audiovisual filming, as a work activity, can continue as long as done following the current hygiene prevention measures. Thus, all those filming that have to take place between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. can be done. Workers who have to travel to the filming set between these hours will have to carry a mobility certificate that you can be download at this link.

Regarding the prevention conditions of application in the audiovisual sector, the Resumption Plan of the Cultural Sector concerning the audiovisual continues in force, which describes, among others, the measures that affect the people who participate in audiovisual projects, as well as the spaces in which productions take place. This plan was made public on July 3, 2020, within the framework of the Covid-19 deconfinement strategic plan approved by the Government of Catalonia.
