It can be done through the Procedures Portal of the Barcelona City Council

The processing of the General Permit for Car-Mounted Cameras is already available through the Procedures Portal of the Barcelona City Council. To do this, you must go to the same link where the permit for the public thoroughfares is processed and in the "Tipus de filmació " section indicate the category “Filmació amb càmera-car”.

Keep in mind that, unlike the General Permit, this permit doesn't have a predefined schedule, so you can request it between 00h and 23.59h.

  • A scene vehicle can circulate accompanying the car-mounted camera, respecting the traffic rules. In the case of car-mounted camera with platform, the scene vehicle can be placed on the platform.
  • Accompanying the car-mounted camera and the scene vehicle, at most two support vehicles can circulate, respecting the traffic regulations.
