Barcelona, 1920. Enric is a young worker who joins an anarchist action group following his brother's murder at the hands of his employers. Wanted by the police, and having witnessed the death of some of his workmates in an ambush, he ends up helming the kidnapping of a young bourgeois woman. However, when he finally gets his hands on the ransom, he has trouble deciding whether to continue with his revolutionary ambitions or to allow himself to be led by his emotions.
