Lluna was eight years old in 1993. The mayor of Barcelona, Pasqual Maragall, moved into her house to get in touch with the Roquetes neighborhood in the Nou Barris district.
Twenty-five years later, she begins an investigation that starts with the memory of those days that leads her to discover a singular politician, fundamental to understanding the transformation of a city and the present of a country.
Talking with relatives, acquaintances, and politicians, Lluna manages to make an intimate and universal, human, contradictory, vital, and overwhelming portrait of Pasqual Maragall.
