The work of Gabriel Ferrater (or Biel, as he was known in his hometown of Reus) draws directly from experiences he lived during his childhood and adolescence. It was a world in transition between the First World War and the Spanish Civil War, full of debauchery, hope and terrible moments that deeply marked his personality and his work.
Filmed in: Barcelona, Maresme (El Masnou), Reus, Sabadell.
