Director Mar Coll directs her first television series. In addition, he signs the script together with Valentina Viso and Diego Vega. Gonzalo de Castro is Jacobo, a lawyer with strict ideas. His family and professional life and his dreams of greatness are truncated by circumstances he cannot control. He is accompanied by the Chilean actress Paulina García who plays Isabel, Jacobo's wife, a psychologist with difficulties helping her own family in crisis.

The cast is completed with Marcell Borrás, who plays Tomás, the son of the leading couple; and Pol López, who gives life to a neighbour and alternative therapist. The series consists of four episodes, each of which takes place during a year of the life of the protagonists between 1996 and 2012.
