La Marina was opened in 1973 as a harbour market to meet the need of supplying the outlying areas of the city, at a time when they were being built and there was neither a large, nor varied range of food available. The market was remodelled in 2003 and renamed La Marina, which is how we know it today.

Monday to Wednesday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 2 PM and from 5 PM to 8 PM.
Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Saturday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM.
