A young unemployed journalist finds a way to make a living by controlling the incredible power of rumours. To do so, he creates a small company and lays down the rules of what he thinks is going to be an innovative and revolutionary business. Yet one day, he realises that he is not a pioneer at all: for several decades, the world has been manipulated by large multinational corporations that create and spread rumours.
