The film is Sadrac González-Perellón's debut feature, a fantasy drama that is shot in Barcelona for four weeks and will hit theaters in 2022.

Silvia Abascal, Asier Etxeandia, Iván Massagué and the young Jana San Antonio are the protagonists. Asombrosa Elisa is a La Charito Films production with the participation of TV3.

The film tells the story of Elisa, a twelve-year-old girl. After the accidental death of her mother, she tries to convince her father that she possesses the superpowers of her favourite comic book heroine, with which she can take revenge on who caused the accident mortal.
