Currently Barcelona hosts precious Cuban talent: artists, musicians, doctors and very unique but ordinary people. The Cubans sing, dance, and explain their experiences in Barcelona and their longing for home. They get excited, cry and laugh. We explain how they have adapted to a brother country that is different, colder, and more formal. They talk about that when the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989) changed the world. Moreover Havana and Cuba in general, during the nineteenth century was full of Catalans doing the Americas. These Indians built the best houses in the Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona and Costa. Some are enriched in Cuba, others fleeing poverty in Barcelona this film is also the spirit of all these people with their beliefs, emotions, sensibilities, her art, her love. And why not the family, children and friends.
