The call for applications is now open for the 2024 edition of Shortcat, the international promotion program for Catalan short films promoted by ICEC and Catalan Films.

The Shortcat program consists of the selection, by a committee of professionals and experts from the world of cinema and the audiovisual industry, of the best short films presented to the most important international markets and festivals in the sector and aimed at programmers, distributors, buyers, institutions and press.

In addition to the promotion and dissemination of the catalog, Catalan Films offers a distribution service for one year, taking charge of a selection of short film submissions to the main international festivals and those class A festivals and the FIAPF circuit with which Catalan Films has agreements.
