New series produced by Vértigo Films for 3Cat
Sense filTRES focuses on the importance of privacy in the age of social media and the personal and legal consequences of the inappropriate use of technological resources. It also deals with the way they can lead to different forms of digital violence. The series is co-directed by three young directors: Sandra Reina, Jiajie Yu Yan, and Ainhoa Bolaños, graduates of Catalan schools, betting on an emerging talent capable of portraying, in a fresh and close way, the conflicts of the generation they represent.
This directing trio, made up of two women and one man, allows each of them to focus on a block/character, giving it its own particularities within a common line in the series' general production design.
The series has nine episodes in three blocks. The cast combines well-known actors in adult roles, such as Joan Solé, Carmela Poch, and Marieta Orozco, with young talents and new faces as Lara Oliete, Luana Rocha, Sara Font, Nico Ariso, Àlex Losada, and Patricia Rosell.
