Filmin and Filmax come together again to produce the platform's second original series, after Doctor Portuondo. Selftape is an autobiographical fiction created by and starring the sisters Joana and Mireia Vilapuig. They started working as actresses as children and experienced a fanatic boom during their adolescence. Now, in their early twenties, they continue to fight for what they believe was their dream. Joana and Mireia are two sisters who try to fit their past into an uncertain present.

The series has six 30-minute episodes shot in several languages (mainly Catalan and Spanish) and directed by Bàrbara Farré. Selftape will premiere on Filmin during the first quarter of 2023.
