The second season of Citas Barcelona, an adaptation of the popular series Citas, has begun filming. This season follows the line of the first one, where the characters meet after meeting on the internet. They are looking for love, sex, or simply someone to keep them away from loneliness. Filmax produces it and will premiere exclusively on 3Cat and Prime Video in 2024.

This season will have a large cast, as usual. The protagonists of the events will be Joan Solé, Bruna Cusí, Anna Castell, Ricardo Gómez, Elisabet Casanovas, Àsia Ortega, Yolanda Ramos, Betsy Túrnez, Mara Jiménez, Arnau Puig, Emma Arquillué, Alfons Nieto, Aina Clotet, Aitor Luna, Jorge Suquet, Adrià Lastra, Natàlia Tena, Tomy Aguilera, Margarida Corceiro, Lola Rodríguez, Óscar Casas, Leonor Watling, Asier Etxeandia, Verónica Echegui and Fran Perea. Nely Reguero, Gemma Ferraté, Paco Caballero, David Selvas, and Eric Navarro are directors. Navarro is also the scriptwriter with Dani González, Clara Esparrach, and Iván Mercadé.
