With eight films shot in Barcelona
Between June 25 and July 24, the Centros Cívicos de Barcelona presents the 14th edition of Pantalla, the film cycle of the Barcelona Cultural District. The circuit, an initiative of the Instituto de Cultura de Barcelona (ICUB), brings recent cinematographic titles to the neighborhoods. Entry is free, and there is no need to reserve a seat in advance. There will be more than forty outdoor screenings in the streets, squares, and parks of Barcelona.
This year's lineup consists of eight feature films shot in Barcelona: A House on Fire, by Dani de la Orden; The Teacher Who Promised the Sea, by Patrícia Font; Waiting for Dalí, by David Pujol; Los buenos modales, by Marta Díaz; Little Loves, by Celia Rico; Mamífera, by Liliana Torres;
Birds Flying East, by Pau Durà; and Jokes & Cigarettes, by David Trueba.
