11/29/2017

With the presence of Marc Clotet and Marc Recha

Last Tuesday, Pantalla Barcelona started, the cycle is promoted by the ICUB (Institut de Cultura de Barcelona) and managed by the Barcelona Film Commission. Pantalla Barcelona was born with the aim of bringing the cinema made and produced in the city to the spectators in a second opportunity beyond its premiere. Pantalla Barcelona was inaugurated on November 28 at the Aribau Club cinema with the program 'Imagine to survive' in which the short film Tiger by Aina Clotet and A perfect day to fly by Marc Recha were screened. The event was attended by Xavier Marcé, director of the Barcelona Cultura Foundation, director Marc Recha and Marc Clotet, producer of Tiger. The presentation of the session was given by Valentín Roma, director of La Virreina Centre de la Imatge.

We continue with the cycle next week. On December 12 at 8pm at the Can Clariana Civic Center we will present the program "The ethics of illusion" with the short film Cavalls Morts by Marc Riba and Anna Solanas and the feature film Callback by Carles Torras. We will have the presentation of the writer Najat El Hachmi.
