Organized by the Catalan Film Academy's Department against Abuse

The Catalan Film Academy's Department against Violence is launching two new free professional training sessions focused on the approach committee and the reference person. These training sessions will be over the coming months.

The training session on the approach committee is for production managers and directors of production companies in the audiovisual sector. It seeks to provide insight into the regulatory framework of the protocol and the functioning of the approach committee. The session also offers knowledge on how to respond to a report of harassment within the organization, how a disciplinary procedure works, who is involved, and the timeframes required.

The training session on the reference person is for team leaders who want to become reference persons. It will delve into the responsibilities and limits of this role and how to handle the initial response to a harassment case.

You can check the dates and register for the approach committee here and reference person training here.
