New regulations on drones

01/16/2018

Applied also to shootings

A new Royal Decree has been published, approved during the Council of Ministers of December 15. This decree regulates the civil use of RPAs (remotely piloted aircraft), better known as drones and it will affect shootings with these devices.

It will be possible to fly over populations, people, controlled airspace and at night, all this after submitting a safety study and with prior authorization from AESA (State Aviation Safety Agency).

If you want to shoot with drones, on the AESA website you can find some frequently asked questions.
