Do you have a cultural project and are you looking for a grant? The City Council of Barcelona, ​​through the General Call for Grants, has opened the call for grants to finance projects, activities and district and city services for the year 2019.

The Institute of Culture of Barcelona (ICUB) is the entity responsible for the management of grants in the field of Culture (city area), aimed at cultural projects that contribute to the enrichment of the activity and the cultural fabric of the city of Barcelona. This year, the General Call includes a new area, Culture and Education (city area). This new subsidy line is jointly convened with the Municipal Institute of Education of Barcelona (IMEB) and is aimed at projects that contemplate creation processes in various artistic fields of popular and traditional culture, and scientists that encourage learning along life.

The period for submitting applications ends on January 24th, 2019.
