Elena Trapé directs her third film, Els Encantats, and is also in charge of the script with Miguel Ibáñez Monroy. The film tells the story of Irene, a woman who, after her separation, takes refuge in a small town where she has a house inherited from her parents. She leaves on impulse and is overwhelmed because it is also the first time she is not with her four-year-old daughter. Laia Costa plays the protagonist along with Pep Cruz, Aina Clotet, Daniel Pérez-Prada and the newcomer Ainara Elejalde, among others.

Although most of the filming will take place in Antist, in the Vall Fosca (Pyrenees), they shot in Barcelona too. Els Encantats is produced by Coming Soon, A Contracorriente Film and Encantats Films AIE.
