Don Quijote de Barcelona is the story of Olli Koskela (55) and Lluc Samper (41), two vagabonds who live on the streets of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. They both live with their mental health problems, and together they will try to get off the street and return to the life they left behind. It is a hymn to friendship, brimming with joy and humor.

It stars Juha Kukkonen and Raúl Llopart. The production companies are Vegetarian Films (Finland) and Mago Production (Spain). The filming took place in Barcelona between January, April, and December. Don Quijote de Barcelona shot in such emblematic locations as Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya square, Garriga i Bachs square, Sant Iu square, Rei square, Duc de Medinacelli square, Mercè square, and various emblematic Gothic streets.
