It's official, the German festival is shortened and will be, in its 72nd edition, from February 10 to 16 with a capacity of 50%. The reruns for audiences will continue until the 20th. However, the announcement of the awards will be on the 16th. The organization has also confirmed that the European Film Market, the Berlinale Co-Production Market, Berlinale Talents, and World Cinema Fund will be virtual like last year because of the health situation.
