Barcelona dances in September with the Choreoscope

Dance film festival

From September 14 to 28, arrive a new edition of this film festival dedicated to dance. In this seventh edition, and due to the pandemic, the festival will be held online on the Filmin platform. And it also has to sessions on September 26 at the Filmoteca de Catalunya. The contest will also host a focus on dedicated to the choreographer Tuixén Benet.

In the session on Saturday 26, at 6.00 p.m., we will see The Heart Dances by Rebecca Tansley. And at 8.15 p.m. a double feature with the short Farewell by Mehmet Şafak Türkel and the long feature The Euphoria of Being by Réka Szabó. It will also host the following awards ceremony: Mehmet Şafak Türkel Honorary Award, Best International Dance Short Film Award, Outstanding Contribution Award in Dance Cinema, and the Portrait of a Generation Award.
