The Academia de Televisión reflects on sustainability in the audiovisual sector

New edition of Los Desayunos de la Academia

The institution, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, has celebrated in Madrid a new edition of Los Desayunos de la Academia, under the title "Sustainability in the audiovisual". The meteorologist and general secretary of the Academia, Tomàs Molina, moderated the meeting, and Juan Melgar, Director of the Cultural Industries Coordination Center at the Ministry of Culture, gave the institutional welcome.

The session brought together Susana Gato, Director of Atresmedia Sustainability and deputy director of the Atresmedia Foundation; Beatriz Morillas, responsible for Movistar Plus+ Original Fiction Production Sustainability; Anna Casinna, Head of Original Production for Amazon Studios' Prime Video; and Flocelo Puig, Creast Business Development Director. All of them shared good practices, challenges, and future strategies to move towards a more responsible and sustainable audiovisual production.
