Terrace next to the Jardines de Gracia, not overlooked and with views of the modernist Casa Fuster hotel (at the back), Tibidabo and the Sagrada Familia.

The area is central, very quiet and some nights you can even see the stars. It's pretty much unfurnished right now, so you can customize it with whatever you want.

The fifth floor of the building (a house) is accessed by elevator and then you have to go through the kitchen to go up some emergency stairs to the solarium terrace on the upper floor (a sixth floor).
