The building is divided into two autonomous areas: the Sports Palace and the Pilota Municipal Center. Overall, it is a rectangular building measuring 122 m by 75 m, with a total constructed area of more than 18,000 m². It has a large room with courts for playing volleyball, basketball, handball or indoor soccer and which has hosted various cultural and social events, as well as numerous musical shows. In its warehouses, rooms have additionally been implemented for the practice of aerobic gymnastics, fitness, sports medicine and physiotherapy.

The second part of the enclosure is made up of three frontons, the largest 54 m long, the short 36 m and a 30 m ratchet for practicing Basque pelota, all with stands.

Under the pediments there is a heated pool for practicing and learning to swim.
