The sanctuary of Castell-llebre is located in a privileged promontory with wonderful views over the plain of Oliana. It originally belonged to strengths of strategic importance in medieval times. The preserved building, which served as a parish church, was annexed in 1904 to the parish of Peramola. It is a building with a single nave covered with a barrel vault reinforced by slightly pointed transverse arches. Its most prominent feature is the bell tower of Lombard style.
