The house Rull, work realized the year 1900 by the architect Lluís Domènech Montaner, is one of the Reus's most relevant modernist buildings. It was a particular housing until his owner, the notary Pere Rull i Threshing, bequeathed it to the city unitedly with his collections, with the express condition of which it was used as museum.

 Nowadays, it contains the headquarters of the Regidoria of Culture and Youth, and the offices of the Municipal Institute of Culture  Action  (IMAC).
