Voltregà Castle is a castle in the municipality of Les Masies de Voltregà declared a cultural asset of national interest.

It is in the fraud that continues towards the Grau de Sobremunt, the Miranda and the Serratosa farmhouse, to the south of the well-known one like Chapel of Sant Martí Xic. It had a jurisdictional term that included the current municipalities of Masies de Voltregà (where the building is located), Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, Santa Cecília de Voltregà and Sobremunt.

The floor plan of the castle is adapted to the topography, which is very irregular, with a point facing south-west. In the middle of the enclosure, which would have been walled, would be a rectangular room. This one, on top of the highest point of the hill, would indicate the entrance of a corridor or mine, that according to the tradition, took until Sorreigs. The walls made of crushed ashlars were joined with lime mortar, arranged in irregular rows, badly damaged by the roots.

The first written mention of the Castle of Voltregà is from the year 902. The castle must be placed in the strategy of territorial consolidation built by Guifre el Pelós in order to ensure the control and structuring of the County of Osona. From its existence, the Voltreganese who already inhabited that area, were linked to an ordering structure of the territory. In parallel with the structuring of the county, a second ecclesiastical structure was being built: the bishopric and the parishes. The town of Voltregà initially had three churches: Sant Martí Xic, Sant Miquel d'Ordeig and Santa Cecília.
