It is an almost open-plan apartment of 86 square meters, located in a building from 1910, but renovated in 2021.

It has a spacious and bright kitchen open to the living room. The ceilings are very high, in some parts the original moldings have been preserved and in others the Catalan vault has been discovered. Above all, the kitchen, the living room and the study (located in a bright gallery) are ideal for setting scenes of domestic live.
