Serra de Collserola Natural Park is a well-preserved, 8,000-hectare natural area in which forest predominates but which also includes a variety of other plant formations that provide a habitat for valuable biological diversity.
It is situated next to Barcelona and managed by the Consortium of the Collserola Natural Park (El Papiol, Molins de Rei, Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Sant Just Desvern, Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Montcada i Reixac, Cerdanyola del Vallès i Sant Cugat del Vallès).
