Rectangular classicist palace organized around a central patio. It is covered by a skylight and formed by multicoloured marble columns.

It was built between 1883 and 1885. In a subsequent extension, from 1953, the library, the assembly hall and the main entrance were added.

It is the headquarters of the Bar Association since 1922.
