The municipal cemetery is a little-known modernist gem designed by architect Manuel Joaquim Raspall. This is one of the most interesting sets of funerary architecture and unique throughout. The cemetery was built between 1919 and 1920 and still retains its original structure and essence. It lies on the slope of a hill, surrounded by a perimeter fence of stone, and built with granite rock.
