This is a 900m2 industrial building with gable roofs and skylights.
It has been refurbished in 2019 with a minimalist aesthetic, leaving the stone walls and metal ceilings visible, with new skylights that let in plenty of natural light.
The warehouse has direct access to the street with a garage door, making it very easy to load and unload. The area with high ceilings is a work area and events room, with modular stage and is approximately 400m2.
There are also meeting rooms at the back, kitchen office and toilets.
