Foc Rentals is a 650m2 space entirely open with high ceilings (4 to 7 meters) of exposed metal beams and abundant natural light. It is located in La Marina/Zona Franca, near Montjuïc and the Foc Metro station.

The largest space consists of 500 m2 without interruption, attached to the open space is a backstage area, toilets and a 150 m2 hall/distributor. The space is available for rental, perfect for shootings, rehearsals, events (subjects to the leaser's discretion).

It is now available and can be rented for hours, days, or longer periods depending on availability. The building where the space is, is equipped with industrial elevator, loading bay and is near many basic commodities and public transport.
