The Espacio Municipal Can Malé, located in the center of Lliçà d'Amunt, hosted Catalonia's most important biotechnology company until 2017. For this reason, the facilities have office spaces, laboratory, cold rooms and storage.

The built area is about 17,000 square meters of connected buildings. The buildings are adapted to the slope and each of them has direct access to the land. It has parking spaces for 200 vehicles.

In addition, there is an annex farmhouse, the old farmhouse of Can Malé, with two floors, of 170 square meters per floor.
