'Casa Miró'  is a house of 1200m2 located in Vilafranca del Penedes (Barcelona). It is work of the most elegant modernist style inside and outdoor, and it is characterized by a very slender and sober, shows balance and order in its entirety. Modernism is an eminently urban and bourgeois art born and raised in the city. It has a strong creative sense, and in terms of architecture, witnessed both the structure and decoration.

'Casa Miró' is work of the architect Santiago Güell i Grau (1869-1955), and was built between 1902 and 1905. Santiago Güell was a scrupulous and perfectionist, meticulous and neat architect in every detail, and he used to work with high quality materials and was surrounded by the best artisans (masons, glaziers, carpenters ...). In its buildings he combined various elements getting compositions of great plasticity.

The building consists of three distinct areas: ground floor, first floor and second floor, plus a rooftop Catalan, basement, with a small circular cava lower level and a back garden.
