Fully restored 15th century farmhouse of 500m². It has two floors with rooms of different styles.

A plot of approximately 9,000 m² surrounds the farmhouse. It hascomplementary dependencies made up of a 100 m² house, boxes for animals, haystacks and warehouses of about 500 m² in total, very useful for filming. The land contains two jumping or dressage tracks.

On the property, there is also the chapel of Santa María de Campanyà, a Romanesque hermitage from the 12th century that has undergone several subsequent transformations. The hermitage has a rectangular floor plan, with a barrel vault and bell tower.

Next to the chapel, there is a family cemetery.
