Thirty years ago, Hernando Toro found his vocation: to portray what is marginal. In his photography studio at the Modelo prison in Barcelona, where he was an inmate for drug trafficking, he learned to see humans beyond their crimes. Today, from a pension in Bogotá, he continues to explore the soul of the excluded, refusing to die as an artist in anonymity.
