Synopsis:

An industrialist is an opposition deputy. His speeches in Parliament denounced the incapacity of the country's rulers, the social disorder, the strikes, etc., which generally evokes the situation in Spain immediately before July 18, 1936. This industrialist puts at the head of his factory a young engineer. He is from a humble family and maintains a loving relationship with the boss' daughter. Given the seriousness of the political crisis, the industrialist is in charge of forming a new government. He proposes an economic and social program. With that program, he wants to end social inequality and the struggle between classes, improving the lives of the citizens.
