Synopsis: 

Don Carlos, a wealthy tycoon of the industry, suffers from a serious heart injury that means that he has three months to live. From that moment on the banks will deny him credits and his closest associates will start a race to take over all his companies. César, the secretary of don Carlos, tells him that there is a German doctor dedicated to making heart transplants that could help him. Don Carlos spends much of his fortune in organizing everything and, once operated, discovers that he has been cheated deceived by César who, taking advantage of his convalescence, has seized the heart of his daughter and eighty percent of the actions of the business.
