Synopsis: 

Bolivia 1945. Timar arrives in the town of San Jacinto to take over management of an import-export company and Ends himself immersed in a community with a difficult mixture of Indians, Creoles and Europeans. He moves into the Hotel Central, a nest of displaced persons who have lost all hope of being able to escape that squalid place. Two crimes are committed within the hotel's walls and everything points to Adèle, the attractive wife of
the owner. ln a bid to escape from San Jacinto, Adèle schemes to make Timar fall in love with her and have Maria, one of the maids, accused of the crimes she herself committed.
