Corçà

The small medieval village of Corçà is located in Empordà, in the interior of Costa Brava and at the foot of Gavarres Natural Area, just 40km from Girona and 140km from Barcelona.

The town of Corçà is characterized by its narrow streets with stone houses with a marked medieval character and a large tree-lined square where is located the church with a very tall bell tower.

In its municipal district, in the villages of Casavells, Cassà de Pelràs, Planils and Matajudaïca there are also private stately houses of different architectural styles, from rural houses and Indian houses to towers and castles from the 18th and 19th centuries.

There are also local roads and straight rural roads suitable for the shooting of outdoor scenes with vehicles of all kinds. Camp de la Bellesa stands out, between Corçà and Casavells, a large esplanade with a small road in the middle and the Castle of Montgrí or the Castle of the Empordà background according to the orientation.
