Beautiful flat from the XIXth century in Barcelona’s old town (Born).

Our flat is a beautiful 150 squared meters condo in a XIX century building of historical interest. It lies at the very heart of Barcelona's old town, El Born, just by La Ciutadella, a beautiful park with walking trails and three playgrounds.

The flat has retained all its original features: 4,30 meter high ornate ceilings; wooden shuttered doors & windows and solid timber floorboards, creating a vintage atmosphere, which is combined with modern facilities. It is tastefully decorated, with a mix of antiques and new furniture bought around the world.

Its high ceilings and the mezzanines -both in the leaving room and the main bedroom- are of big help when filming and illuminating.

The flat is bright and spacious (wide tree-lined avenue at the front & courtyard at the back). The living room is big and luminous, with two balconies, and a library room. It’s got three bedrooms; two of the rooms have a balcony, and there are two bathrooms. It’s got a spacious and charming kitchen with a beautiful dining area.

We accept relevant changes in the decoration and we are also flexible with the filming times.
