This March the city has hosted the shooting of BOI, debut in the direction of Jorge M. Fontana who is also responsible for the script. Bernat Quintana stars in the film along with Adrián Pang and Andrex Lua. BOI is a young man who begins to work as a private driver. He is nervous about the decision his girlfriend has to take on an issue that can change their lives. In the meantime, he will have to accompany his first ever clients, Michael and Gordon: two Chinese entrepreneurs who have come to Barcelona with the aim of closing a multimillion-dollar contract with an important American businessman in less than 48 hours. BOI is a coproduction of Spain, Romania and Singapore, which has the support of the ICAA and the Netflix platform. The film will be released by Filmax.
