Cannabis is an entire industry. It has its growers, its chemists, its carriers, its intermediaries, its wholesalers, its retailers and of course its consumers. One night on a road in Marbella, two tons of cannabis were stolen and one man disappeared. From Spain, to the suburbs of Paris, through to the Rif of Morocco, this event makes explode a traffic system that so far was working well.
