Originally, the hospital was a convent to the neighborhood of which there developed first one of the urban growths of the city. With the time the convent turned into hospital the year 1999, the General  Urban Order Plan (GUOP) classified the lot as a system of equipments.  Nowadays it is in disuse as hospital but it supports the system of bedrooms and compartments.
