Plaça Catalunya is the largest square in the municipality, with almost 25,000 square meters. It has a children's play area, tree areas, walking areas and grass.  The last reform of the square involved its unification with Plaça Mestre Estalella. 

In the square we find the metro exits of the L9Sud - Estación Cèntric, a large pergola, the Water Tower and the Cèntric Espai Cultural public facility (which houses the Antonio Martín Library, the Municipal Archive, the Auditorium , the study rooms, the exhibition hall, the restaurant and a public car park).
